The old card text is back
Blizzard, Fire Elf, and Sprite use their 2014 values again. Later live-game passes that raised some cards and trimmed others are not in this book. If a duel feels like the one you remember from that year, that is the intended result.
Blades and pips
Balance blades no longer stack past the classic cap. Extra blades after the cap do not add another copy. School pips draw and display on the duel circle the way the classic client showed them, including the empty pip when the school does not offer one.
What to change in your deck
You do not need a new deck to log in. You do need to reread any card you copied from a newer guide. A 2018 rotation that leaned on the later Blizzard numbers will underperform here. The Deck & School Hall thread 2014 Blizzard values feel right again is where players are posting the decks they brought back.
