MooShu side streets I missed

Three streets behind the first garden are easy to walk past. The left alley has a quest giver under the red lantern. The middle stair ends in a vendor who restocks every six hours, which is the patch 3.02 timer. The right path looks like scenery and has the dialogue line that used to skip.

Talk to the garden duel NPC again if the line cut off for you before September. It plays the full line now. You do not lose the stamp you already have.

Found the red lantern on the second lap. The vendor's timer is the server clock, not your computer's clock. I waited six hours of game time and the stall had changed.
