Patch 3.10 put Blizzard back on the 2014 card. If your deck was built from a guide after that year, take the extra blades out and read the spellbook before you queue. The duel resolves what the card says.
I am running the old setup: blades, a trap, Blizzard, and a small hit for the minion. It clears the classic street fights without the later damage.

Balance blades stop at the classic cap now. I wasted a turn stacking a third one before I noticed the card did not take. The patch note is right. Stop at the cap.

School pips show on the circle again, including the empty one. Took me a round to trust it. The pip leaves the circle as soon as the card is cast, not at the end of the round.
